On June 1st, 2025, EFEC held the first session of Actuating, Coaching, and Training

(ACT 1) with the theme "Lead with Impact: Building Influence through Communication." The online event provided valuable insights into leadership, influence, and intercultural communication.

Speakers Akrom Mahdi and Balqis Sulistiyani shared about the 5 Levels of Membership and global leadership, motivating participants to grow as impactful leaders.

Moderated by Arhamsya, the event was not just a training but a transformational experience, helping EFEC members build confidence, communication skills, and leadership mindset.
