On August 28, 2025, EFEC proudly held E-PODS Episode 4 with the theme “Time Management Hacks for Busy Students – Strategies for Balancing Classes, Organization & Personal Life.” The session aimed to help students manage their busy schedules effectively while maintaining balance in academics, organization, and personal life.

The podcast featured Wikel Nofiantoro and Liharti, who shared practical insights and personal experiences about productivity and discipline. Guided by Dio Rizky Priyatna as the host, the discussion ran smoothly and full of positive energy.

Held at Studio Gurindam 12, Universitas Riau Library, the episode was later uploaded to EFEC’s official YouTube channel, inspiring more students to stay organized and motivated.
