On September 27, 2025, EFEC held the Secretary & Treasury Class, an internal training program for members to learn about administrative and financial management within the organization.

The session was presented by Salma Fadhalynisa (General Secretary) and Khoirunnisaa Nasywa (General Treasury), who shared insights on documentation, correspondence, budgeting, and reporting. Participants also joined practice sessions to apply what they learned through real simulations.

Held at Pasca A, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Riau, the class helped members build professionalism, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of secretary and treasury responsibilities in EFEC.
