Webinar How to Make a Good CV: "Good Career, Have a Good CV"

The EFEC English Talent Division has successfully hosted the "How to Make a Good CV" webinar on August 24th, 2024. Delivered online via Zoom Meeting, the session attracted a large number of participants and featured expert speaker Suhariyanto, Putra S.Psi, CPC, who provided invaluable insights into crafting effective CVs. The webinar covered key aspects of CV writing including content structuring, skill highlighting, and tailoring the document to specific job applications. The interactive Q&A session and a prize quiz were held at the end of the event to increase interaction and give participants a chance to win attractive prizes.

Business Plan Class by EFEC: "Dream, Design, Deliver: The Art of Business Creation"

EFEC held a Business Plan Class as part of Talent Class program at August 18 and 19 2024 with Brother Muhammad Adzan as the speaker.

The speaker explained about the overview of how was Business Plan Competition, what would be prepared, and how to explain our business to viewers. 

After material delivery, there was discussion session, in which each group had the chance to create and innovate their business and presented the result on the next day.

EFEC Fun Date: BBQ Edition was a vibrant and enjoyable event designed to appreciate and celebrate the mid-term achievements of EFEC dedicated members. This gathering was all about having fun, strengthening the bonds of each other, and recognizing the hard work of EFEC members. The event filled with delicious food, joyous singing, and energetic dancing. It was a perfect occasion for members to relax, enjoy each other's time, and create lasting memories together before a long holiday separate them.

EFEC'S Actuating, Coaching and Training 1 with the theme "Develop a Leadership Mindset: to Create More Great Leaders" was successfully held on 7th June 2024. ACT 1 is training event from Human Resources Development Division of EFEC FEB UNRI. Actuating, Coaching and Training 1 is where all participants learn how to improve and becoming a good leader. In this event the participant learn the material about how to be a great leader and also doing practice about public speaking. The purpose of this event is to improve the ability of EFEC members in managing an institution in welcoming and preparing them for a better future changes.
